万志国,杭州师范大学数学学院教授、博士生导师,本科毕业于清华大学,博士毕业于新加坡国立大学。中国计算机学会(CCF)高级会员、IEEE高级会员、CCF区块链专业委员会委员。主要研究方向为应用密码学、信息安全与隐私保护,在零知识证明、区块链隐私与监管、联邦学习安全等方向取得了系列重要成果。

作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,以及山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目、之江实验室重大研究项目、教育部留学回国人员基金项目等多项省部级及横向项目;作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划项目。

已发表学术论文逾100篇,发表于 ACM CCS、Eurocrypt、USENIX Security、IEEE INFOCOM、IEEE TDSC、IEEE TIFS 等 CCF A 类顶级学术会议与期刊。申请专利30余项,授权国家发明专利10余项、美国发明专利1项。出版专著《智能计算》,荣获2022年度浙江省科技进步二等奖。现任 IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing(TDSC,CCF A类)及 IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society 编委(Associate Editor)。
